To register as a “EUSSET Professional”, you must have your valid member ID ready to insert in the registration form. You can find your member ID in the last invoice from EUSSET (see under subscription information and ID) or by logging in to your account at https://www.eusset.eu/my-account/
You can choose between three levels of participation: the standard (“full week”), which will give you full access to all conference events, or partial attendance to either the main conference or the pre-conference. These types of participation have different fees, depending on whether you are a professional or a student or an EUSSET member.
At least one author per accepted submission of any track is required to present the paper in person and register for the full week (see below). In other words, a full week registration is needed per accepted contribution of any track (including workshops/masterclasses organizers). In the registration form, at least one author should register for the full week, specifying the paper ID or manuscript ID of the accepted contribution.
This rule doesn’t apply to workshop attendees.
The ECSCW 2024 full week registration fee includes:
- Participation in the main conference (3 days: 19.06.2024 – 21.06.2024)
- Participation in the pre-conference (2 days: 17.06.2024 – 18.06.2024)
- Welcome reception (19.06.2024)
- Conference dinner (20.06.2024)
- Lunch and coffee breaks
The ECSCW 2024 only pre-conference registration fee includes:
- Participation in the Workshops/Masterclasses/Doctoral Colloquium, subject to availability (2 days: 17.06.2024 – 18.06.2024)
- Lunch and coffee breaks

Why becoming a EUSSET member in order to register for a conference?
The ECSCW 2024 conference is organized by the EUSSET community. All EUSSET professionals pay a reduced fee for the ECSCW. By becoming an EUSSET member/professional, you will not only pay a reduced fee for all EUSSET-related conferences, but also gain access to the EUSSET hub and several other membership benefits. Accessibility and diversity
The organizing committee of ECSCW 2024 is committed to working toward an inclusive and accessible conference. Please let us know if there are any measures we can take to ensure that your participation will be barrier-free, for example through providing induction loop for hearing devices or checking venues for easy access with mobility aids. All venues are accessible for wheelchair users but might require additional assistance by staff.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding accessibility during the conference, please let us by sending an email to the Local General Chair (catia.prandi2@unibo.it) by the 10th of May.
Other relevant information about registration
- It will not be possible to register onsite.
- A no-cancellation policy applies to all registration typologies.
- Additional dinner companion (incl. both reception and conference dinner): € 80.
