Participating in ECSCW 2023

Registration is now open, register here!
If you are a EUSSET member you should have your valid member ID ready. You can find your member ID in the last invoice from EUSSET (see under subscription information and ID) or by logging in to your account at https://www.eusset.eu/my-account/

You can choose between three levels of participation, the standard, that will give you full access to all conference events, or partial attendance to either the main conference or the pre-conference. These types of participation have different fees, depending on whether you are a professional or a student or an EUSSET member.

At least one author per accepted submission is required to register for the full week (see below).

The ECSCW 2023 full week registration fee includes:

• Participation in the main conference (3 days: 07.06.2023 – 09.06.2023)
• Participation in the pre-conference (2 days: 05.06.2023 – 06.06.2023)
• Welcome reception (07.06.2023)
• Conference dinner (08.06.2023):
  • Concert at Nidaros Cathedral
  • Dinner in Archbishop’s Palace
• Lunch and coffee breaks

The ECSCW 2023 only pre-conference registration fee includes:

• Participation in the Workshops/Masterclasses/Doctoral Colloquium, subject to availability (2 days: 05.06.2023 – 06.06.2023)
• Lunch and coffee breaks

The ECSCW 2023 only conference registration fee includes:

• Participation in the main conference (3 days: 07.06.2023 – 09.06.2023)
• Welcome reception (07.06.2023)
• Conference dinner (08.06.2023):

  • Dinner in Archbishop’s Palace

Why becoming a EUSSET member in order to register for a conference?

The ECSCW 2023 conference is organized by the EUSSET community. All EUSSET members pay a reduced fee for the ECSCW. By becoming an EUSSET member, you will not only pay a reduced fee for all EUSSET related conferences, but also gain access to the EUSSET hub and several other membership benefits. Accessibility and diversity

The organizing committee of ECSCW 2023 is committed to working toward an inclusive and accessible conference. Please let us know if there are any measures we can take to ensure that your participation will be barrier-free, for example through providing induction loop for hearing devices or checking venues for easy access with mobility aids. All venues are accessible for wheelchair users but might require additional assistance by staff. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding accessibility during the conference, please let us by sending an email to Accessibility-Diversity@ecscw.eusset.eu by the 10^th of May.

• It will not be possible to register onsite.
• Additional dinner companion (incl. both reception and conference dinner): NOK 1,700.-
